Coinco Promotions Pty Ltd is a 100% Australian owned and operated business. Our coins and packaging are proudly sourced from local manufacturers.

The business was established in 2005. At that time, souvenir coins were simply brass tokens dispensed by a variety of vending machines. Coinco Promotions followed suite but introduced a new standard of quality and craftsmanship.

The souvenir coins produced by Coinco Promotions have always been regarded as the benchmark for the industry, characterised by their distinctive ‘sunray’ edge and fine engraving detail.

Coinco coins are 24ct gold-plated and encased in clear plastic capsules and are stamped using 2mm thick ‘cartridge brass’. This brass is soft enough to allow the fine detail to be stamped into our coins and it also has excellent anti-tarnish properties. The coins are 30mm in diameter, roughly the size of the original Australian Penny.
